The situation here in Iceland is graver than you’d think. There is some sort of mental disease settling into the nation where rape and sexual violence seem acceptable.
In addition to the frightening increase in sexual violence here last year (50% increase) it turns out that a full third of the perpetrators are younger than 18 years old.
